Ashley Hamble Pederson
Beauty expert Ashley Hamble has nurtured a natural desire towards helping others look their best and feel good about themselves. After years of working with family and friends to make styling hair and applying makeup a fun experience, Ashley decided to earn her degree in cosmetology and seek a full-time career path in the beauty industry.
Through her work in various beauty salons, Ashley developed and grew her client base by demonstrating her knowledge and creativity while passionately meeting her clients’ needs. Through her experience and training as a stylist, Ashley has had the opportunity to learn the business and perfect her trade. After countless years of personal experience with friends and family and a decade of professional experience working in beauty salons, Ashley decided to fulfill her entrepreneurial aspirations and open a full-service tanning and hair salon that also caters to on-site events, such as bridal parties.
Her desire for helping others to look and feel their best along with her passion for the industry has fostered her desire to bring beauty and friendship together for fun.

My name is Zach Jones, I have always loved fashion and hair- ever since I was in high school. I moved down here from Alexandria to attend at the Minnesota School of Cosmetology where I met an entire staff of brilliant instructors, who gave me the knowledge I have today. I am excited to be working with Just Cuz Beauty, and I am looking forward to making every client who sits in my chair look and feel their best!

I love raising our big dogs that include Mastiffs and Great Danes and when I’m not occupied with all of that you will find me on the golf course, or boating with my family!

I take pride in creating personalized looks that bring out the best in each client. My specialties include custom coloring, precision cuts, and styling services, with a particular passion for bridal hair and makeup that started when I was very young. Whether you’re looking for a fresh everyday style or a polished look for a special occasion, I would love to meet you and achieve results that make you feel confident and beautiful!
I live in Hudson WI, and when I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me baking, attending concerts, traveling the world or spending time with my family. Building genuine connections with my clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and I strive to make every appointment both fun and relaxing!

With over 38 years of experience as a master stylist, I take pride in offering an elevated salon experience where artistry meets relaxation. I specialize in luxury color services, precision cutting, and men's grooming. Creating refined personalized looks that enhance each client's natural beauty.
To complement my hair expertise, I also provide body sculpting services. This will promote balance, confidence, and overall well-being to yourself.

My mission is to ensure every guest leaves feeling renewed, confident, and well cared for inside and out.
When I'm not in the salon, you can find me listening to live music, dancing, cooking, and spending quality time with my family and my puppy!

I completed my cosmetology education at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis from September 2024 to November 2025, and I’m from Hudson, Wisconsin. I’ve always had a love for hair, makeup and fashion and ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted a career where I could help people feel confident, beautiful, and like the most amazing version of themselves. There’s truly nothing I love more than seeing someone leave my chair feeling amazing!
My favorite part of my job is getting to know each guest and creating a look that feels completely them! My specialties and strong suits behind the chair are blonding, lived in blondes, color, and custom color. I especially love creating soft, dimensional blondes and personalized color that grows out beautifully.
Throughout cosmetology school, I was lucky enough to build strong relationships with my instructors, who helped me develop my skills and confidence behind the chair. I’m always excited to continue learning, growing, and building relationships with my guests!

Kasey has been a Curly Hair Specialist since 2020. She has been in the beauty industry for 20+ years as her journey began in esthetics.
Being a curly girl herself, Kasey has a passion for helping clients realize their curl potential and embrace their natural texture. She thrives on listening, building connections and trust with her guests, and strives to provide an exceptional experience for everyone with wavy, curly, and/or coily hair that sits in her chair.
When she is not in the salon she is usually caring for her flowers, taking her sweet dog, Pamela, on little adventures, or spending time with her daughter, Anabel.

Hi, I’m Ava! I’m so excited to start my journey at Just Cuz!
I was born and raised in Woodbury, Minnesota, and at 19 years old, I’m so grateful to be pursuing a career that means so much to me. Hair isn’t just a job—it’s my passion. I truly believe God gave me this creative gift to serve others, and I strive to be His hands and feet in everything I do.
My goal as a hairstylist is to make every person who sits in my chair feel loved, cared for, and confident. While outward beauty is fun to enhance, I believe the most important beauty comes from within—and I hope you leave not only loving your hair, but feeling beautiful inside and out.
Outside of the salon, you can find me at the gym, at concerts, spending time at the lake in the summer, or making memories with family and my best friends. I’m also a big animal lover and have a dog named Chili who I absolutely adore.
I feel so blessed to do what I love every day, and I can’t wait to meet you and have you in my chair soon!

Hi! I’m Lacey, and my passion for makeup started long before I ever stepped into a salon. I’ve been creating makeup looks since I was just 12 years old, starting with family and friends and teaching myself through years of YouTube tutorials. What began as something I loved doing for fun quickly turned into a passion I knew I wanted to pursue.
After graduating high school, I was discovered by Just Cuz Beauty and hired at just 18 years old and have been here ever since. I went to school at The Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and I started just one year after the salon opened, so I’ve had the incredible opportunity to grow alongside the salon and be part of its story for nearly the entire time it’s been open.
I specialize mainly in bridal makeup and absolutely love helping brides and their bridal parties feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves on such an important day. While I love a timeless bridal look, I’m also happiest when I get the opportunity to get creative. I have a darker, alternative side and love makeup that allows me to step outside the box and bring a little personality and individuality into my work.
Outside of the salon, I’m a wife and a mom to my three-year-old son, Riggins, who keeps life busy, fun, and never boring. When I’m not behind the makeup chair, you can usually find me spending time with my family.
After nearly a decade with Just Cuz Beauty, it feels like so much more than just a place I work. I’m incredibly proud to have been part of the salon’s story from so close to the beginning, and I look forward to continuing to make people feel beautiful, confident, and a little more like themselves every day.
